The balance between the pine and the heather will give this honey wide appeal. It is syrupy rather than runny and coats the mouth delightfully. It also has a clean finish.

This honey has a lovely light amber colour and good viscosity. The aroma is slightly resinous. The honey is smooth and sweet with no metallic notes but plenty of pine that delivers a typical dryness in the mouth.

This natural heather and pine honey is rich and golden we found it to have a wonderful menthol taste of the pine forests. We loved it.
