This is quite a stunning honey – layer upon layer of flavour. Intense and glorious. Medicinal pine, heather body, gentle bitterness from the arbutus and warmth from the florals. Perfect acidity and light sweetness. An harmonious honey, interesting and complex.

Sweet-savoury pine aroma with floral undertones . There are notes of natural hive and waxed comb, hints of vanilla, bitter notes, clean amber wooded resin, and excellent length of flavour.
