This has a glorious deep russet colour and a fabulous deep pine forest smell. It is silky and viscous and rich and piney. The flavour lasts and develops and continues on a long, long finish, where the resinous pine blends with the deeply aromatic sweetness.

A viscous honey with great depth of colour and aroma of woodlands. The intrinsic ‘woody’ flavours are perfectly balanced with the acidity that builds in the mouth. The sweetness levels are spot-on

This rich, syrupy honey grew on us as we ate it with the caramelly, piney flavours increasing in our mouths. It is almost peaty as it develops. However, the aftertaste is clean and bright. It is well balanced and delicious.
