A glorious amber colour and gentle notes of forest on the nose. The forest flavours developed on the palate beautifully finishing with a subtle citrus note. Very clean finish with gentle sweetness.

Dark amber colour and a slightly thick consistency. A little caramel and roasted almonds on the nose, which carried through into the mouth with some nuttiness in the back. The soft caramel is predominant and whilst there are some floral tones, we felt that this is a little one dimensional and the finish is sweet rather than flavoursome.

Luxurious in consistency and flavour. This aromatic honey is distinct and fragrant, no one flavour stands out but the overall floral element is delightful.
