Appealing golden-bronzed honey colouring. High viscosity with rich, almost golden syrup nose – very subtle floral aroma in the background. Initially very sweet on the front of the palate but then then fir flavour starts to develop. The flavour really takes off as you draw in oxygen over the palate and results in lovely delicate but complex finish with fir and wild flowers.

Appealing colour – amber gold, almost like golden syrup. Viscous consistency that on the palate delivers floral, herby notes that combine for an almost muddy orange that is in no way overly sweet. A pleasingly long finish sits comfortably on the tongue for some little while.

Wonderful golden honey with excellent viscosity with a good herbal aroma. The very smooth texture melts in the mouth releasing a floral array of ingredients delicate but environmentally rich that keeps on giving you waves of sweet tasty flavour.
