Very dark bronzed colour with very high gloss. Very herby almost medicinal nose with an umami angle. For a honey with high viscosity it is surprisingly uncloying on the palate. Rich deep pine with umami from the acorn – an unusual and appealing honey.

This sultry, crystal clear amber honey has a robust earthy aroma and a luscious treacly viscosity. We loved the silky mouthfeel, the complex flavours that linger long and the gossamer wisp of bitterness which adds interest and another fascinating dimension to the flavour profile.

A dark golden honey with excellent viscosity and a rich sweet aroma of the forest. The smooth texture melts in the mouth to release a fabulous complex array of sweet flavours singing of the forest and the rich woody foraging environment of the bees.
