Lots of pine sap on the nose and a lovely dark amber colour and undulant texture that really shines. The pine is powerful, almost medicinal, but well matched with the sweetness that is available, and giving an overall balanced flavour that lasts and is really fresh and cleansing.

This is a beautifully coloured honey with a gorgeous consistency. The nose is sultry and resinous and the flavour on the palate is clean and reminiscent of shade-dappled pine forests.
