A clear deep-amber honey, beautifully thick and smooth. Alongside the caramel notes there are woodsy, herby tones too, which carry through on the palate and give good length of flavour and a characterful taste.

An appealingly textured honey with an amazing aroma of thyme. On the palate there are thyme notes, citrus and menthol.

Rich and thick with a very clear golden colour and herbal aroma. The flavour of the thyme is fresh and savoury which goes really well with the syrupy sweetness and lingers for a long time. A delicious and complex honey.
