Forests honey

In September bees collect the honeydew in Evia pine forests. During this period, bees also collect nectar from autumn heather, arbutus and seasonal forest flowers that bloom in this area. During harvest, from this very forest comes a natural variety of flavors that we meet in a spoon of honey. It has amber color and mild sweetness. Forest honey offers a combination of nutritional benefits, it has a great antioxidant as well as anti-inflammatory and antiseptic effect to man’s health.
